If your interest is a caribou trophy, the Mulchatna herd is the best place in Alaska for you.  This vast caribou herd produces big bulls year after year.  Take a look at the pictures on this page, for example. It is no accident that the current world record barren ground caribou came from this part of Alaska.  Many of our clients have taken home record antlers from their northern caribou adventures.

Caribou antlers are amazing.  You have seen pictures of record antlers from caribou, of course, but what isn't really apparent is that in proportion to animal body size, their antlers are huge.  Caribou antlers are bigger in proportion to their body size than any other antlered animal....and they are good eating as well.

You are putting hard earned money to work on a hunt like this, and you expect a good chance of success and a decent chance at bringing home a trophy.  I believe we can offer you that.  You should know that I have lived here in Dillingham, Alaska year-round for two decades, and I am intimately familiar with the country and the wildlife -- and that is no brag, it's just a fact. 

When you join us, we'll fly out to an area where there are good numbers of big bulls -- confirmed by aerial observation -- and then set up camp for you in the general area.  You won't be able to hunt until the next day, because of state law, but years of experience have taught us how to successfully do this.  This caribou fly in hunt approach works for our clients year after year, and it will work for you.  We have a 100% success rate in our Alaskan caribou hunts.  While not every hunter takes home record antlers, the odds are good of taking home a decent trophy.

You will be flying in a small bush plane when you go with us.  That's another 100% for us -- I have a perfect safety record, and I aim to keep it that way.  You can be assured (and your wife can be, too) that we'll get you in and out safely.
